We do not routinely ask for special category information. If you choose to provide information of that kind, we will only use it where there is a clear and lawful reason.

How We Use Your Information

Purposes And Lawful Bases

Data protection law requires us to have a lawful basis for each use of personal information. The basis may vary with the circumstances, and more than one basis may apply.

Responding To Enquiries And Preparing QuotesWe use the information to answer questions, understand the request and take steps before entering into a contract. We rely on pre-contract steps and our legitimate interests in responding to genuine enquiries.
Providing Services And SupportWe use customer, contact and technical information to arrange and deliver agreed work, communicate about it and maintain appropriate records. We rely mainly on contract and legitimate interests.
Billing, Accounting And Legal DutiesWe use relevant records to issue invoices, record payments, meet tax and accounting requirements and establish or defend legal claims. We rely on legal obligation, contract and legitimate interests.
Website Security And Misuse PreventionWe use server, form and diagnostic information to keep the website available, identify abuse, investigate faults and protect our systems. We rely on legitimate interests and, where applicable, legal obligations.
Rights Requests And ComplaintsWe use the information needed to verify, investigate and respond to data protection requests or complaints. We rely on legal obligations and legitimate interests.
MarketingWe do not use a general website enquiry as automatic permission for unrelated marketing. Where we send marketing, we will rely on consent or another lawful route permitted by data protection and electronic marketing law, and we will provide a clear way to opt out.
The website contact form requires your name, email address and message so that we can respond. A telephone number is optional. Without the required information, we may not be able to deal with the enquiry.
Sharing And Transfers

Who May Receive Information

We limit sharing to what is reasonably needed for the service, our systems or a legal requirement.

Service Providers And Specialists

We may use website hosting, email, cloud storage, backup, accounting and other IT providers that process information on our behalf. We may also share relevant details with trusted suppliers or specialists where this is needed to deliver agreed work.

We expect providers acting for us to protect the information and use it only for the agreed purpose.

Legal And Professional Requirements

We may share information with professional advisers, insurers, regulators, law enforcement bodies or public authorities where this is necessary to comply with the law, protect rights, prevent fraud or deal with a claim.

We do not sell or rent personal information.

International Transfers

Some technology providers may store or process information outside the United Kingdom. Where this applies, we will use a recognised legal safeguard, such as an adequacy regulation, the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or the UK Addendum to approved contractual clauses, as appropriate.
